New Members

To be eligible for membership of ANZCHOG, you must be working in the field of paediatric haematology and/or oncology.

Please complete the application form and submit it to the ANZCHOG office at membership@anzchog.org.  Click here to download a membership application form.

Your application will be considered at the next Executive Council meeting on May 28 and you will be advised once it has been approved.

There is no fee for membership.
