19th International Symposium on Paediatric Neuro-Oncology (ISPNO)

13th – 16th of December 2020

Reschedule Announcement: Due to the current situation and global uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus), the difficult decision has been made to reschedule ISPNO2020 until December 13 (Sun) – 16 (Wed), 2020. The location will be the same and all hotel and registration rates will remain in place. More details will be coming soon. Thank you for your patience as we strive to make the best of the situation we find ourselves in. We trust that the threat will soon pass and we look forward to seeing you in Karuizawa in December.

The registration will reopen in August under the new system adapted to the hybrid meeting. In order to switch to the new system, they will be returning all registration fees that were previously paid.

The very first ISPNO was held in Tokyo, Japan in 1986. The ISPNO has since become the most prominent and distinguished scientific meeting in the field of paediatric neuro-oncology and now it comes back to where it all started. ISPNO2020 covers virtually all aspects of paediatric neuro-oncology, including diagnosis, clinical trials, novel treatment, basic and translational researches, neuroradiology, psychology, quality of life, nursing and patients’ care. Paediatric neuro-oncology has seen the explosion of new developments in the last decade, relishing the technological advancement of molecular genetics. Molecular classification and translational researches are now an integrated part of clinical practices. Where do we go from here? ISPNO2020 will be the opportunity to discuss and work together towards the next steps.
