This three-day event, hosted by the Sydney Quality of Life Office at the University of Sydney and supported by the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL), will include a 1-day conference with a mix of plenary sessions, oral presentations and posters, as well as specialist workshops on Days 1 and 3. This unique event will bring together leading international experts, researchers, and clinicians to engage with the latest advances in the field of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) research and implementation. Bringing researchers together across this region will facilitate networking, provide opportunities for collaboration and knowledge dissemination, and facilitate multidisciplinary, cross-state and country research underpinned by rigorous PRO science and methodology.
The keynote speaker is Professor Nancy Mayo, McGill University Health Centre Research Institute, Canada. Professor Mayo is a health outcomes, health services, and population health researcher with interests in all aspects of disability and quality of life in people with chronic diseases and the elderly.
