The study utilises high resolution DNA methylation profiling and next generation sequencing (NGS) to refine the classification of central nervous system (CNS) tumours beyond traditional histopathology. The primary objective is to provide clinicians with comprehensive molecular data to improve diagnostic accuracy, risk stratification, and the identification of actionable therapeutic targets.
