Clinical Trials

ANZCHOG is the national Cancer Cooperative Trials Group (CCTG) for childhood and adolescent cancers in Australia and New Zealand.

As the CCTG, ANZCHOG is responsible for sponsorship of national clinical trials. To do this, we partner with a range of government, philanthropic and charity groups to develop new trials and bring more international trials to Australia and New Zealand.

This page provides information on clinical trials that are sponsored by ANZCHOG.

A full list of trials available for children and adolescents with cancer, and where they are open, can be found on the ANZCHOG Children’s Cancer Clinical Trials Repository (ACCCTR). The ACCCTR includes trials sponsored by ANZCHOG as well as other Sponsors.

Trial eligibility is extensive and often varies depending on medical history and current health status. Your child’s oncologist and medical team are the best people to talk to about trial eligibility. They will be able to provide personalised advice based on your individual circumstances.
